1. File Name
Keep the name simple (under 18 characters). Use the company, project name, and/or PO Number to help identify the file(s).
2. Page Size/Panel Sizes Correct
Your document size should be the same size as the final trimmed size, which is specified on your quote. When setting up your document, please plan ahead for any folds or sizing issues to ensure proper function of your project. If your project is saddle stitched, build your document in reader's spreads with facing pages but when creating the pdf, uncheck spreads.

4. Color
No RGB graphics or text! RGB is used for viewing images on a monitor. Acceptable color: CMYK, Pantone Spot Color, Metallic Spot Color Ink. Two color or multiple spot printing can be set up with pms (Pantone Matching System®) colors. For black type/text, always use 100% black (not 4-color built or registration black). IMPORTANT: Do not attach any color profiles to any files (images, documents, pdf files)! The Color Management setting should be set to "same as source" (no color management).

EPS or TIF file formats are the standard of the industry for high resolution images. 300 dpi (resolution) is for high quality printing. If using Photoshop to create your artwork, please flatten layers before saving and putting into your document. If not flattened, the images will appear low resolution.
