In addition to receiving customer files via email (10 mb or less) or cds, La Crosse Graphics has implemented an FTP site for our customers to upload digital files. This method provides a faster turnaround and makes it much simpler than conventional methods. In the event that a customer decides not to view a paper proof (due to time restraints), the FTP site also allows us to post ripped, hi-resolution pdf files to review and approve job(s).

To gain access to our ftp site to place or retrieve files, please contact your Sales Representative, Customer Service Representative or Prepress Dept. to get a User ID and Password.

FTP Site Tips:
• The FTP site accepts pdf, zipped or stuffed files. No folders can be posted!
• Prior to posting digital files, see our Artwork Guidelines.
• If posting raw files for a project, please zip or stuff the files (including fonts and linked images).
