Guarantee of Confidentiality Statement

The following methods are in place at PRE-SORTplus in order to guarantee the utmost confidentiality and security for PRE-SORTplus clients and their mail.

PRE-SORTplus drivers arrive at your company with badges clarifying their affiliation with PRE-SORTplus. All of our drivers have validated current drivers’ licenses and clean driving records.

PRE-SORTplus is located at 3025 East Ave. S and the location is monitored by surveillance 24 hours a day 7 days a week by 32 cameras inside and out with a secure computer system.

Our optical character recognition (OCR) machine is USPS certified with MASS certification which is updated yearly. MASS certification is mandatory for mailers using MLOCRs, RVE, LVE, or encoding stations to print DPBCs on mail pieces submitted for mailing at discounted automation rates (see DMM 708.3.0). In addition, the OCR’s international database is updated every 30 days through resources from the USPS.

Mail is guaranteed with same day services to the USPS through PRE-SORTplus, therefore mail is never left over night or sitting unattended.
