No matter how big or small your projects are, we have presses to suit your needs. Our fleet of sheet-fed presses, combined with our sophisticated computer-to-plate system, allows us to produce your project in the most cost-effective and timely manner possible. Our skilled press operators make quality their top
priority, so you can be assured that your finished piece will meet or exceed your expectations.
As of 2006, La Crosse Graphics is proud to offer web printing. We have installed a Mitsubishi Diamond 8, half size web press. The press can run forty-five thousand impressions per hour, and can print a two-sided image at sizes up to 20” x 221/2”, with a variety of in-line folds. This press allows us to meet customer demands for bigger runs and lighter weight stock.
La Crosse Graphics has been a proud owner/partner of Mitsubishi Lithographic Presses since 1991. We currently operate a new web and four sheetfed presses. The sheetfed presses include one two-color and three six- color presses of which two also have aqueous coatings. All four are 40” format. The availability of aqueous allows a dry sealed sheet for faster processing. The aqueous coating dries almost instantly, sealing the ink, and virtually eliminating marking when folding, assembling and packaging your printed product. Our collection of state-of-the-art equipment allows us the flexibility to choose the most appropriate press for your job. The result is real value in terms of time and cost.
In addition to our large format sheet-fed presses, we are proud to introduce two NEW presses: the Heidelberg Printmaster and the Halm Jet press. The Printmaster is a high-speed, high quality two color press, capable of running images as large as 17”x13” or as small as 3”x5”on stocks up to .012 in thickness. The Jet press, a high-speed envelope press, is capable of running one or two colors in a single pass.
Digital
The Docucolor 6060 digital color press by Xerox requires less material, steps and time to print fast, quality images. Digital imaging is great for short runs, is economical and the quality is comparable to traditional offset printing. The Docucolor is capable of printing on a wide variety of paper stocks, making it quite versatile. The Docucolor can also provide variable-data printing at a minimal additional cost.
With our Xerox Docucolor 6060 for short run four-color work, our Printmaster for short run two-color work, our envelope press, and our collection of 40” sheet fed presses as well as the web press, La Crosse Graphics truly does have the machinery needed for all of your printing needs. |
